Prior to Clairvest, Doug worked at TD Bank in their investment banking division focused on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales as well as equity and debt financings. Previously he was a Commodities Analyst for CPM Group in New York where he advised corporates, investors and intergovernmental organizations.
