Doug is a Managing Director with Clairvest Group and is involved in the sourcing, execution and management of investments. Prior to Clairvest, Doug worked at TD Bank in their investment banking division focused on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales as well as equity and debt financings. Previously he was a Commodities Analyst for CPM Group in New York where he advised corporates, investors and intergovernmental organizations.
Doug holds an M.B.A from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, an M.Sc. in Global Affairs from New York University and a B.A. from McGill University.
